Family Support Trust (FST) is a Zimbabwean non-governmental organisation dedicated to ending sexual and gender-based violence through prevention, survivor support, and community empowerment.

Family Support Trust (FST) is a registered private voluntary organisation in Zimbabwe that provides free medical and psychosocial support services to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV). Established in 1997 by health professionals and social workers at Harare Central Hospital, the organisation pioneered survivor-friendly clinics designed to offer compassionate, confidential, and holistic care to survivors.
Over the years, FST has grown into a national leader in SGBV prevention, advocacy, and response. Through partnerships with government ministries, hospitals, and community networks, FST promotes healing, safety, and dignity for survivors while strengthening community systems to prevent future violence.
