Sexual Violence Against Children training workshop in Mazowe.
Faith and religion shape everyday beliefs and activities. Religious activities and beliefs frame the daily behaviors and attitudes of many people including on issues of HIV and AIDS, child sexual abuse, child marriages and access to justice.
Religious leaders occupy positions of power and authority and are expected to exercise their power and authority responsibly, and to do so in the religious interests of their parishioners and for their welfare. The training aimed towards training church leaders to ensure that they use the power that they have in fighting against sexual violence of children.
